Here’s a great tip from Martin Chuck at Tour Striker:
A HUGE congratulations goes out to Will Zalatoris for winning his first PGA Tour event (after recently finishing second in three majors!).
If you’ve seen Zalatoris hit his driver, it LOOKS like he has most of his weight on his trail foot at impact.
A lot great drivers look that way, but there is more to this dynamic movement than meets the eye…
And in today’s video, I’ll unpack it for you.
Here’s the best part: if you’re able to emulate this impact position, a LOT of good things can happen.
For example, if you currently hit the ball too high, you’ll take some spin off your driver and hit longer, more penetrating shots.
