In a ceremony steeped in pride and tradition, Canadian golf legends were celebrated as the Ontario Golf Hall of Fame etched a new chapter in history.
The Ontario Golf Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on May 7 at its home, Wooden Sticks Golf Course in Uxbridge, Ontario.
There will be two inductees in the Builder category, one in the Player category, and one recipient of the Lorne Rubenstein Award,
“We are thrilled to once again celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of players, builders and media in Ontario golf.” Mike Kelly, Golf Ontario CEO.
His impact spilled into parts of seven decades, serving as a professional, mentor, administrator and tournament player.
Ontario Golf Hall of Fame announces Class of 2020
Deborah Lee Eldridge, Judith Kyrinis, Richard Scott and Scott Metcalfe represent the Class of 2019.
Terrill Samuel, Dave Bunker and Warren Crosbie are the 2018 inductees. Golf writer Wayne Redshaw was honoured with the Lorne Rubenstein Award.
